Our Sample Policy (Important)

• Samples are paid and offered at factory wholesale sample prices

• Samples are provided from existing in-stock styles only

• All samples are white-label products, packed in neutral CPE zip bags with no branding

• Logo printing, labels, or custom packaging are not included at the sample stage

• Branding customization (logo, labels, packaging) is discussed after samples are approved and based on order quantity and production plan

• Sample availability depends on style, size, and current stock status

Sample Processing & Shipping

• Sample Processing Time
  Samples are provided from existing in-stock styles and are processed after confirmation.
  Typical processing time is 1–2 working days, depending on style, size, and stock availability.

• Shipping Options

  • Express shipping: DHL / UPS (standard, trackable)

  • Economy / DDP options: Available upon request, depending on destination and urgency

Branding & Customization (After Sample Approval)

Samples are supplied as standard white-label products, packed in unbranded polybags / zipper bags (CPE).

To keep the sample stage efficient and cost-transparent:

• Single-piece samples do not include custom logos, labels, or packaging

• Branding customization is discussed after samples are approved

• Customization is planned based on confirmed order quantity

For confirmed production orders, customization options may include:

• Logo application (heat transfer, print, or other approved methods)

• Woven or printed care labels

• Custom packaging solutions (bags, boxes, inserts)

Visual mockups or production samples can be arranged once branding details and order scale are confirmed.
