Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a factory-direct shapewear manufacturer with in-house production experience in women’s intimate apparel.
Our production system includes seamless knitting, sewing, finishing, and quality inspection, allowing us to support ready-stock wholesale, private label, OEM, and ODM projects.
We are not a marketplace or online checkout platform. All orders are handled through direct inquiry so that pricing, production details, and shipping can be confirmed based on each buyer’s needs.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ depends on the order type, product structure, and customization requirements.

- For selected in-stock styles, low-MOQ or no-MOQ testing may be available. This is suitable for buyers who want to evaluate fabric, fit, sizing, and market response before placing larger orders.
- For OEM and ODM projects, MOQ is confirmed based on the product type and customization details.

General reference:

• Existing in-stock styles: flexible sample or trial order options available

• Simple logo application: usually starts from around 50 pcs, depending on the product and logo method

• Size extension on existing styles: generally 600 pcs per size for seamless products and 300 pcs per size for sewn products

• New ODM development: MOQ depends on design complexity, size range, construction, and production feasibility

Final MOQ will be confirmed after reviewing the selected style, customization needs, and order plan.

What is the production lead time?

Lead time depends on order type, quantity, customization level, and production schedule.

General reference:

• Samples or in-stock trial orders:
  Usually faster, depending on stock availability and shipping destination.

• Simple logo customization:
  Usually around 1–2 weeks after logo details and order quantity are confirmed.

• Custom packaging:
  Usually around 14–24 days after packaging requirements are confirmed.

• OEM / ODM production:
  Lead time depends on fabric, product structure, size range, sampling approval, and final order quantity.

Final production schedule will be confirmed after product details, customization requirements, and order quantity are approved.

What customization options do you offer?

We support practical customization options for shapewear brands, wholesalers, and private label buyers.

What is your return and after-sales policy?

We focus on long-term B2B cooperation and clear communication before production.

- For verified quality issues, we will review the problem based on photos, videos, order details, and product inspection results. Replacement, compensation, or other suitable solutions can be discussed after verification.
- For non-quality issues, returns are generally not accepted, especially for customized orders, bulk production, or products made according to confirmed specifications.

To reduce order risk, we recommend confirming product details, sizing, colors, packaging, and quantity before production or bulk shipment.

What shipping methods are available?

Shipping methods are arranged based on order size, destination, timeline, and buyer requirements.

- For samples and small trial orders, express shipping or economical DDP options may be available depending on the destination.
- For bulk orders, shipping can be arranged by air, sea, or other suitable logistics methods.

General reference:

• Samples / small orders: DHL, UPS, or DDP options for selected countries

• Bulk orders: air freight, sea freight, or other logistics solutions depending on destination

• Central Asia and Eastern Europe: dedicated rail options may be available depending on shipment details
